Dear Mr Renaenae

I don't understand why, but it will only let me coulour the template in grey no matter which colour i choose it comes out grey.
Why is this?

Not sure what app you're using, but if it's photoshop, try going to Image > Mode, and set it to RGB or CMYK, 'cuz it sounds like you have it set to grayscale or something now. Good luck!
